Caramel Dip + Apples
A healthier version of that smooth caramel flavor.
True story - I took this to a dip party one time and nobody believed me that it wasn’t real caramel.
My gremlins still prefer peanut butter with their apples, but they enjoyed this healthier caramel sauce on graham crackers or as an ice cream topper.
Ingredients:
16 dates (pitted)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
Apples
Steps:
Dump everything into a blender/food processor. Blend until it's a smooth caramel-y consistency. It will be a bit warm when served immediately or you can chill and serve later! Store in the fridge.
